In the United States, New York is the largest and the most populated City. Everyone wants to study, work or live in New York City because of the many opportunities it offers, the fun and adventure in the city and the challenge of living in a place with diverse culture. Many locals or foreign nationals are enticed in moving to New York City.
Before moving to New York, a Visa for the United States of America is required especially for foreigners. In order to live and work in New York, an individual must obtain a working Visa, Immigrant Visa or Student Visa. Once the needed legal documents are completed in order to gain eligibility to live in New York, one can start looking for a job and a house. Finding a job in New York is relatively easy but finding a place to live in can be difficult because of the price of houses or the high rates of the rents. When one is thinking about moving to New York City, the best place to go for is in Upstate New York because it offers the best options for any lifestyle. transportation is easy, cost of living is reasonable and there are many natural treasures to visit such as the scenic finger lakes region, Hudson valley, and the world-renowned horse racing and natural mineral springs of Saratoga.
When going for New York City one can find that NYC is one of the busiest places in the world. It is often refereed to as the City that never sleeps. New York is a home of the arts and entertainment. Walking the streets of New York makes one feel that adventure and fun is awaiting them. There are over 150 museums, 18,000 restaurants, and countless world-famous attractions in Metro New York. Many business establishments operate for 24 hours. There can be no problem when someone needs to buy something in the middle of the night.
Aside from the entertainment and busy streets of the city, New York also holds many Tourist attractions. The most famous of all is the Statue of Liberty which is one of the recognizable icons in the United States and is found in the New York harbor. It is a gift from France to mark the Centennial of the American declaration of Independence. New York also has two major forest preserves---The Adirondack Park and the Catskill Park. Both are give the state constitutional protection in order to preserve nature. The Montauk Point State Park is another major tourist attraction found in East Hampton that is a popular destination for surfcasting sport fishermen.
Living in New York is never a far off dream. Interested individuals just have to comply the necessary documents needed before moving to New York. Living in a City with so much entertainment and activities makes the decision of moving to New York the perfect choice.
